Description
Timpte is hiring an Engineering Technician in Lincoln, Nebraska to support manufacturing process development, continuous improvement, tooling and equipment design, installation, troubleshooting, and documentation. The role requires a manufacturing-related AAS degree or at least three years of related experience, the ability to read engineering drawings, knowledge of fabrication, subassembly, and final-line assembly, problem-solving ability, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication skills. Manufacturing experience in metal fabrication and/or welding is preferred. Compensation is $65,000–$75,000 plus up to $5,000 in annual bonuses, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
