Description
Midland Door Solutions is hiring an experienced Engineering Technician to support the design, operation, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and testing of bi-fold and hydraulic doors. The role involves diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems; developing mechanical drawings in SolidWorks; conducting engineering tests; maintaining documentation; and collaborating with engineering and other departments. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing experience, experience with VFDs, motors, relays, sensors, hydraulics, PLC/HMI programming, metal fabrication, and electrical and mechanical drawings. The position offers a $70,000-$80,000 DOE salary, limited travel, and medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, and other benefits.
