Ocado Group is hiring an Engineering Technician to support the smooth operation of an automated Customer Fulfilment Centre in Erith. The role is responsible for first-line response to engineering faults, reactive maintenance, planned servicing and repairs, and proactive improvement work to increase reliability and efficiency in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. Candidates should have technical understanding of automation hardware/software and ideally control systems, a formal engineering qualification is preferred, and the job requires strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills along with comfort working at height using access equipment.
