Description
The Engineering Technician supports engineering and production personnel in the design, testing, and manufacturing of PCB products. Responsibilities include fabricating mechanical and electrical prototypes, developing test protocols, building assembly and test fixtures, maintaining technical documentation, training personnel, collecting and analyzing test data, preparing test reports, and providing technical support to sales and customer service. The role requires an associate’s degree in a relevant STEM field, at least one year of technical experience or a formal technology internship, strong technical aptitude, mechanical and electrical assembly skills, precision measurement, CAD, computer, data-collection, and communication skills, and U.S. citizenship or permanent resident/green card status.
