Description
The Engineering Technician supports medical product manufacturing by helping implement and improve manufacturing processes, troubleshooting equipment and processes, installing and programming CNC machinery, designing tools and fixturing, and supporting quality control and safety compliance. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, CAD and CNC knowledge, manufacturing troubleshooting experience, and strong analytical and communication skills; a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering is desirable, and 3+ years of manufacturing experience is preferred. The position works the first shift from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
