Description
ConexSmart is seeking an Engineering Technician to develop and test new avionics products, troubleshoot manufacturing processes and machinery, inspect non-compliant products and processes, and improve production quality and efficiency. The role involves using simulations and modeling, CAD and data-analysis software, project management, technical leadership, and quality-management initiatives such as ISO:9001, AS:9100, Lean Manufacturing, and employee safety. Candidates need 7–10 years of field experience or a bachelor’s degree in engineering, along with experience in manufacturing troubleshooting, CAD, data analysis, and related software.
