Trust Automation is seeking an Engineering Technician to support engineering product development, troubleshooting, prototype and LRIP production transition, and product sustainment. The role involves building, testing, documenting, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical components and systems, including cable assembly, PCBA soldering, mechanical assembly, test support, BOM and inventory assistance, and documentation of engineering changes. Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least 10 years of relevant technician experience in engineering or manufacturing environments, strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills, familiarity with test equipment and MRP/ERP, and preferred skills such as soldering to J-STD-001, connector knowledge, Microsoft applications, Altium, and SolidWorks.
