L3Harris is hiring an Engineering Technician B in Rochester, New York to support the Liberty Focus Factory manufacturing process. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment; supporting assembly; creating process documentation; performing preventative maintenance; procuring tooling and parts; collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams; and learning new equipment for setup and operation. The schedule is either 5/8 or 9/80, with up to 12 hours per shift. A high school diploma or equivalent with four years of prior experience, or a two-year post-secondary/AA degree with 0–2 years of prior experience, is required. The salary range is $21.15–$39.18, with health and disability insurance and other benefits mentioned.
