Description
The Engineering Laboratory Technician supports the Engineering team with product and process development, feasibility studies, design verification and validation, controlled engineering builds, test method development, process validations, root cause analysis, and assembly-line development. The role operates in both office and manufacturing environments, uses tensile, vision, and metrology equipment, analyzes test data with Excel and Minitab, maintains laboratory organization and sample traceability, and collaborates with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations. It is a full-time individual-contributor position requiring an associate degree or high school diploma, at least seven years of process and manufacturing experience, and strong troubleshooting, communication, computer, and problem-solving skills; medical device or regulated-industry experience is preferred.
