Description
Eaton is hiring an Engineering Technician- Continuous Improvement for its Omaha, Nebraska manufacturing team. The role supports manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement activities, including analyzing performance data, tracking improvement effectiveness, leading Kaizen and Rapid Improvement Events, supporting 5S and visual workplace initiatives, and assisting with Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing strategies. The position operates in both office and manufacturing-floor environments and requires at least one year of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, operations, or technology-support environment, with additional manufacturing or operations experience preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an hourly rate of $23.00-$27.00.
