Description
The Engineering Technician I performs electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing on current and new product designs under close supervision. The role sets up test equipment, uses measurement instruments, records and documents test data, supports prototype assembly and troubleshooting, maintains laboratory documentation, prepares test reports, and assists with audits and 5S initiatives. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while project-team experience, specialized equipment experience, electrical measurement familiarity, welding and fabrication experience, and combustion-engine knowledge are preferred.
