Long Beach Utilities is hiring three Engineering Technician I – NC candidates for its Gas Engineering Division. The positions are unclassified, non-career, at-will temporary, part-time roles requiring approximately 25–40 hours per week and in-person work at the Gas Campus in Long Beach. Duties include preparing utility drawings and maps, performing calculations and field investigations, conducting plan checks, assisting with permits and legal descriptions, and using CAD or CAM systems.
