Description
The role performs field and laboratory testing, observation, and inspection of construction materials such as soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and steel; transports samples to the laboratory; prepares and submits written and digital reports; communicates findings to project managers and other stakeholders; maintains equipment and work areas; and supports technician scheduling and dispatch. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent training, computer and Microsoft Office skills, and a valid driver’s license, with several construction materials, geotechnical, welding, nondestructive testing, and radiation-safety certifications listed as preferred or required.
