SMC Ltd. is hiring an Engineering Technician III for a graveyard shift supporting engineering and production activities in a medical-device manufacturing environment. The role develops and implements manufacturing processes, supports automated and manual assembly and molding systems, validates and troubleshoots equipment, performs maintenance and fabrication, documents custom equipment, and recommends process improvements. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of technician experience in a highly-regulated manufacturing environment, and strong skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, CNC, and computer systems. The position offers a base hourly range of $26.00 to $35.00 plus a $3.00 graveyard-shift differential, along with health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
