Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Electronics and Electro-Mechanical Technician in Santa Clara, California. The role performs moderately complex design, testing, checkout, fabrication, troubleshooting, assembly, and maintenance of electronics and electro-mechanical systems, including NPI installations, field upgrades, and process testing on AMAT platforms. The position requires experience with Class 100 clean-room environments, etch systems, ALD systems, and MDP processes, along with semiconductor manufacturing or R&D experience. It is physically demanding and may require clean-room personal protective equipment.
