Description
The role performs field testing, observation, and inspection of construction materials such as soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and masonry; transports samples to the laboratory; prepares and submits written and digital reports; maintains equipment and work areas; and communicates results to project managers and other personnel. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of relevant experience or equivalent training, laptop, Microsoft Word, and Excel proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred certifications include WACEL, VDOT, ACI, NICET Level II, or ICC materials-related certifications.
