Description
ASM is hiring a Process Technician for its Applications and Process Development team to support advanced Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) technologies in a semiconductor manufacturing laboratory. The role involves operating and maintaining ALD deposition systems, handling wafers, executing process experiments, collecting data, troubleshooting equipment, supporting chamber qualification and process characterization, and participating in tool ownership and continuous improvement activities. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent technical education, strong safety and procedural discipline, and preferably at least two years of semiconductor manufacturing or process development experience.
