Description
The role supports design, construction, and maintenance staff on highway and bridge projects by preparing plans, special provisions, specifications, boundary surveys, deeds, and CAD-based cross-sectional and topographical information. It also involves construction-site observation, technical calculations, pavement-management-system data, traffic-signal and storm-water-pumping-station operations, and limited-supervision work. The position requires an Associate in Science degree or equivalent, pre-engineering-level knowledge, at least five years of engineering-related work, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to traverse uneven ground.
