CMT Services, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Technician VI with a comprehensive background in HVAC and Building Systems Maintenance. The role involves advanced HVAC repair, control systems expertise, and mechanical maintenance of complex building infrastructure, ensuring proper operation of boiler room equipment, troubleshooting HVAC problems, and performing preventative maintenance. The position requires strong technical skills in HVAC, knowledge of building and fire codes, and the ability to interpret mechanical drawings. This is a contract position with a compensation of $35–$40/hr.
