THOR Solutions is seeking an Engineering Technician VI (Diesels) to provide full-time onsite and surge support for U.S. Navy shipboard auxiliary equipment at the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center in San Diego. The role inspects, assesses, troubleshoots, repairs, and trains Ship's Force personnel on diesel engines and related systems, including onboard maintenance training and gas turbine systems tasking. The position requires at least 10 years of relevant experience, an existing active or interim Secret security clearance, and a high school diploma or GED equivalent. It is contingent on contract award anticipated for February 2027, pays $48.13 per hour, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
