Description

The Grant Project Coordinator supports the Principal Investigator in administering and executing an NSF/ATE grant project. Responsibilities include coordinating with colleges, employers, and stakeholders; scheduling meetings and events; purchasing supplies; processing invoices and billing statements; supporting outreach, recruitment, student boot camps, and workshops; disseminating project outcomes; maintaining records and reports; and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and an associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Advanced Manufacturing, or a related field, along with communication, organizational, project management, and Microsoft Office skills. It is a 240-day contract with a salary of $50,500 to $60,000 per year and Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. hours.
