Description

Raytheon Digital Technology - Programs & Infrastructure is seeking an Engineering Tools Manager (Systems Eng. Solutions) to manage deployments, upgrades, and support for Systems Engineering tools. The role involves leading a team of Tool Specialists, championing new integrated systems engineering solutions, and identifying best practices to improve software deployment efficiency. The manager will also engage with strategic vendors for technology evaluations and improvements.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8 years prior relevant experience
5 years' experience
Preferred Qualifications: Program experience in roles of increasing technical leadership and responsibility
Detailed working knowledge (including day to day use on a program) of Architecture tools such as Dassault Cameo/Teamwork Cloud, Syndeia, and Ansys Model Center.
In-depth understanding of data center and cloud-based hosting architectures.
Experience with Systems, Software, and IV&V Engineering Processes.
Integrated Product Development Process (IPDP), best practices, and work instructions expertise.
Excellent written and oral communications skills including presentation and negotiation skills, preparing management level briefings and summary explanations
Self-directed with demonstrated ability to organize and provide technical leadership for a diverse (both geographic and technical) team.
