ABB is hiring an Engineering Tools Manager to lead a team of engineers and technical specialists supporting product engineering teams in the Electrification Distribution Solutions business. The role manages engineering tools, functional safety, cybersecurity, project delivery, quality, margins, resource allocation, and continual improvement of engineering processes, while driving team performance and mentorship. It requires an engineering, computer science, physics, or mathematics degree, at least 10 years of electrical distribution experience, expertise with ePlan or related electrical CAD and documentation tools, and US work authorization.
