Mento is hiring senior software engineering leaders to become part-time, fully remote coaches who provide 1:1 virtual coaching to members on leadership, communication, problem-solving, and career fulfillment. Coaches must complete Mento’s ICF-certified Coaching 101 training, participate in ongoing development, and bring substantial engineering leadership experience from high-growth, fast-scaling, or AI/ML-oriented technology organizations, with a strong fit for those experienced in infrastructure, platform, security, or developer platform organizations.
