Engineers/Project Managers - Contractor - CONTINUOUS at Executive Office of Public Safety and Security

The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance is hiring Contractor Resident Engineers/Clerk of Works to monitor public construction projects statewide, including new construction, renovations, demolition, environmental remediation, energy and water conservation, large retrofits, commissioning, and renewable-energy installations. The role observes and documents construction activities, verifies compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and contracts, coordinates on-site testing, maintains project records, oversees MEP and enclosure commissioning, utility incentives, punch lists, close-out, and project delivery. This is a contract position with multiple openings at statewide project locations, no telework, and potential contract extensions.
