The posting is for a college-level English Composition faculty position starting Fall 2026. The instructor will teach English Composition I and II, developmental integrated reading/writing, technical/business writing, literature, and other assigned courses, including evening, weekend, dual-credit, blended, hyflex, and online formats. Responsibilities also include office hours, professional development, committee service, and cross-departmental collaboration to support student communication, computation, and critical thinking skills. Minimum requirements include a master's degree with at least 18 graduate hours in rhetoric/composition, English, or a related discipline, plus college-level composition teaching experience. Preferred qualifications include at least two years of teaching experience, online teaching, and course design experience.
