Description
The Program Manager supports the management of programs from conception through completion, ensuring customer and regulatory requirements are met. Responsibilities include project management, budget support, technical interfaces, customer communication, design reviews, verification and validation, training and installation support, documentation, risk mitigation, quoting, contract processes, and audits. The role requires strong technical, leadership, decision-making, organizational, and communication skills, along with relevant software proficiency. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or management is preferred, with related project management experience; the position also requires U.S. person eligibility under ITAR and government security clearance eligibility.
