Description
The Enhanced Support Partner will provide one-on-one support to a man in his early 30s in Northeast Philadelphia, helping him participate in community life, perform activities of daily living, receive medication through a G-Tube, use transportation, and engage in physical activity in a waist-high swimming pool. The full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and pays $25 per hour, with paid training, career advancement opportunities, and mileage reimbursement. Applicants must meet specified education or credential requirements, be at least 18, hold a valid driver's license, and be vaccinated and boosted; bilingual English/Spanish ability and experience supporting people with intellectual and physical disabilities are preferred.
