Description
Namos is hiring an experienced Managed Services Portfolio Director to provide senior leadership across eNlighten’s portfolio of managed services customers. Reporting to the Vice President of Managed Services, the role owns customer health, satisfaction, value, retention, growth, service governance, compliance, and commercial performance, while leading strategic customer relationships and developing the Service Delivery Management team. The position requires significant managed services leadership experience, Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise, ITIL knowledge, portfolio-level customer insight, commercial account management, and structured service assurance experience, along with the ability to obtain NPPV 3 security clearance.
