Enrollment/ Billing Representative at The Cigna Group

The Premium or Enrollment Representative manages a portfolio of client accounts, enrolls customers in applicable systems, handles collections and account-reconciliation activities, responds to billing and payment inquiries, resolves member eligibility and rate-variance issues, prepares tax forms, and coordinates compliance activities. The role requires customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills, strong organization, and Microsoft Office proficiency, with accounts receivable experience and a bachelor’s degree preferred.
