Description
McGregor PACE is hiring an Enrollment Coordinator to determine Medicaid eligibility for PACE applicants, act as their Medicaid Authorized Representative, complete and submit applications and verifications, coordinate with the Special Medicaid Benefits Center and other organizations, document the enrollment process, communicate with staff and applicants, and prepare electronic files for transfer to the Eligibility Department. The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and database or spreadsheet applications; a bachelor’s degree, relevant Medicaid or home- and community-based services experience, and experience with older adults are preferred.
