Description
The Enrollment Manager leads a team of Enrollment Coaches supporting prospective online students through established enrollment processes. The role is responsible for team execution, pipeline management, outreach quality, performance coaching, accurate documentation, student progression, and a student-first experience. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Services, the manager also handles people leadership, operational execution, performance management, cross-functional collaboration, and compliance with higher education standards. The position is based in Norman, Oklahoma, with hybrid work options and remote options for candidates in Colorado, Arizona, Texas, and Florida.
