Description
Vynca is hiring a remote Enrollment Manager to lead the day-to-day performance of its patient enrollment engine and supervise an Enrollment RN, Enrollment Medical Assistants, Outreach Specialists, and an in-person Clinical Liaison. The role owns outreach and enrollment targets, real-time performance monitoring, reporting, staffing plans, call quality, compliance, workflow improvements, and team development. It requires an active unrestricted Registered Nurse license, two years of people management experience, five years of direct care delivery experience including palliative, hospice, or complex care management, and experience managing daily production or outreach metrics. The position is available to applicants in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington, with up to 25% travel for training, meetings, and business needs.
