The Enrollment Navigator provides free, unbiased health insurance enrollment assistance through the Get Covered New Jersey Marketplace, helping individuals and families understand coverage options, complete applications, compare plans, report life changes, and navigate Medicaid, NJ Family Care, tax credits, and financial assistance. The role includes consumer education, community outreach, recordkeeping, privacy compliance, and coordination with healthcare and social service partners. It is an office-based position with frequent travel and occasional evening or weekend work, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid leave.
