The Enrollment Specialist will support the Senior Community Care of North Carolina PACE program by receiving and providing referral information, assessing potential participants, maintaining intake and assessment records, and assisting participants with referrals to doctors and community agencies. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM in Durham, North Carolina, with a pay range of $58,100 to $65,000 and medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.

Additional Information
