The Senior Community Care of Michigan PACE is hiring an Enrollment Specialist in Lansing, Michigan. The role receives and provides information to referrals, assesses potential participants during intake, maintains assessment and intake records, and assists participants with referrals to doctors and community agencies. The position offers a Monday-Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule, a pay range of $54,400–$60,900, and medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in humanities, health and human services, or equivalent experience with C.N.A. or LPN certification, two years of marketing, sales, or admissions experience for a healthcare provider, training or related experience in the assigned job, and a valid driver's license with transportation within 100 miles or more daily.
