Description
Enswell is hiring a full-time General Manager to lead the senior operations of its all-day New American restaurant, café, cocktail program, and retail bottle shop. Reporting to the Director of Operations and Ownership, the General Manager oversees front- and back-of-house operations, hospitality standards, financial performance, budgets, labor, compliance, and the development of the management team. The role requires at least five years of progressive restaurant leadership experience, strong financial and operational skills, knowledge of restaurant systems and regulations, and ServSafe Manager and RAMP certifications. Compensation is $80,000 DOE with bonus potential and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
