Alteva RCM is hiring a Medical Coding Manager to lead and develop a team of medical coders and assigned specialties. The role oversees coding accuracy, productivity, compliance, audits, escalations, KPIs, and revenue-cycle outcomes, while partnering with billing, clinical, compliance, and other teams. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–6 years of revenue-cycle management experience, at least 3 years in leadership or management, and strong coding, analytical, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. The pay range is $105,000–$145,000 USD, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
