Entegris is hiring candidates for its three-year Engineering Leadership Development Program, which provides rotational assignments in Manufacturing, Product, and a third quality or materials area, along with mentorship, project work, and online learning. The program targets new-to-market or early-career engineers with a bachelor’s degree or higher, graduation by Spring 2026 or later, and an employment start date of June 21, 2027. Compensation is $77,500 per year for bachelor’s-level engineers and $82,500 per year for master’s-level engineers, with annual bonus eligibility and health, dental, and vision insurance.
