Entegris is hiring for its three-year Entegris Leadership Development Program (ELDP) for engineering candidates. The program includes rotational assignments in Manufacturing engineering, Product engineering, and a third assignment in Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, or Materials Quality, along with mentorship, senior-leader workshops, project work, and online learning. Candidates should be new to or early in their engineering careers, hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering with a strong GPA, and graduate in Spring 2026 or later. The program starts June 21, 2027, offers $77,500 per year for bachelor’s-level candidates and $82,500 per year for master’s-level candidates, and does not provide immigration-related sponsorship.
