1Password is hiring a UK-based Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a geographical region or country within the EMEA market, focusing on new enterprise business, pipeline development, upselling, and account expansion. The role requires 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, enterprise account success, cybersecurity or identity knowledge, territory management, and strong prospecting and negotiation skills. It is a hybrid position with three days per week in 1Password’s London office, regular travel, and an in-person onboarding in Toronto. The annual base salary is £87,000–£126,000 GBP, with commission eligibility and benefits.
