1Password is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own a focused territory of strategic target accounts and existing customers, primarily Fortune 100 and Global 2000 organizations. The role sells enterprise-wide Unified Access and identity-security platforms, including Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Credential Broker, Device Trust, and Privileged Access, through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving CISOs, CIOs, IT, security, IAM, DevOps, engineering, finance, procurement, and executive sponsors. Candidates must be based in the New York metro area, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Boston, or Washington DC, with regular in-person customer meetings, industry events, and territory travel. The role requires 10+ years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience, including financial-services expertise, and offers a base salary of $149,000–$216,000 USD plus commission-eligible compensation and benefits.
