Join ClearlyAgile, a rapidly expanding Agile company in the Tampa Bay area, as an Enterprise Agile Coach. This role involves guiding clients through agile transformations, developing training materials, mentoring teams, and fostering lean and agile thinking. You will collaborate on creating and evolving the Agile transformation roadmap, monitor adoption metrics, and support scaling best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and coaching Scrum/Kanban, leading Agile transformation in large organizations, and possessing strong communication and presentation skills.
