Description
ClearlyAgile is hiring an Enterprise Agile Coach to guide clients through agile transformation, develop transformation roadmaps and adoption metrics, establish agile standards, coach delivery teams and senior stakeholders, facilitate communities of practice, and support Scrum Master and Team Coach work. The role requires at least three years of Scrum or Kanban implementation and Agile coaching experience, enterprise transformation leadership, knowledge of multiple agile or lean frameworks, and Certified ScrumMaster certification; coaching and SAFe certifications are preferred. The position is based in the Tampa Bay area, may be remote or occasionally office-based, and requires U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
