Description
Langdock is hiring an Enterprise AI Adoption Manager to guide enterprise customers through AI transformation, own adoption, retention, and expansion across user, use-case, and deployment portfolios, and drive company-wide rollouts. The role combines strategic account management, stakeholder workshops, QBRs, account planning, cross-functional collaboration with Solutions Engineering and Product, and building AI agents and automated workflows. Candidates should have at least five years of customer-facing enterprise experience, hands-on AI and workflow-building experience, commercial and data-driven skills, and fluency in German at C1+ and English. The role is based at Langdock’s Berlin office.
