GenScript is hiring an Enterprise AI Agent Development Engineer in Piscataway, New Jersey, to design, develop, test, and optimize enterprise AI agents. The role focuses on task planning, tool calling, workflow orchestration, integration with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, OA, supply chain, and order management systems, and deployment of AI Agent solutions. Candidates need a master’s degree or higher in a relevant field, at least three years of experience, Java and Python proficiency, large language model application development experience, and familiarity with agent development frameworks, APIs, databases, and microservices. The position targets $150,000–$180,000 and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
