Mercor is hiring an Enterprise AI Associate to support enterprise customers in deploying and scaling AI solutions. The role combines customer engagement, product management, and go-to-market operations by scoping workstreams, documenting client priorities, translating feedback into execution plans, refining sales collateral, and contributing to internal processes. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, operations, strategy, product management, or a similarly structured analytical environment, with strong problem-solving, communication, and operational instincts. The position is in-person five days per week in San Francisco, New York City, or London, and includes medical, dental, vision coverage, a 401(k), and a monthly meal stipend.
