Description
IRIS Software Group is hiring an Enterprise AI Lead to own enterprise AI enablement and governance across the organisation. The role manages and governs AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Agent Studios, MCPs, connectors and department-created agents; assesses new technologies; defines configuration and operational standards; partners with Security, Data Protection, ITAM, Finance and Procurement; and drives adoption through education, stakeholder engagement and an AI Champions network. The position requires enterprise technology, AI adoption, governance, change management and stakeholder-influence experience, with Microsoft 365 and Copilot knowledge desirable.
