Description
RSA is hiring an Enterprise AI Platform Lead to own the enterprise AI platform ecosystem, including strategy, architecture, governance, adoption, security, reliability, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence. The role leads the design, implementation, support, and lifecycle management of AI agents, copilots, RAG architectures, integrations, and enterprise AI models across platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Claude, and Codex. It also manages AI consumption, costs, budgets, monitoring, incident response, and partnerships with security, privacy, risk, compliance, and legal teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 7–10+ years of enterprise technology, infrastructure, cloud, platform, or solution architecture experience, plus 3+ years of AI, generative AI, or large language model platform experience.
