WRITER is hiring an AI Transformation Lead to serve as a strategic partner for Fortune 50–100 enterprise accounts. The role manages customer portfolios, leads ROI and value initiatives, builds C-suite relationships, drives AI adoption and P&L impact, orchestrates cross-functional transformation programs, and identifies expansion opportunities. It is a hybrid position based in Chicago or Austin and reports to the director of AI transformation and success. Candidates need 5–9 years of experience in strategic account management or transformation consulting, strong change-management and executive-communication skills, and a background in management consulting or strategy advisory.
